Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 10 children or 8 adults and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 60 or 90 minutes. On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 15 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! A totally stress-free and relaxing experience.
How much does it cost?
60 minute parties from £170 and 90 minute parties from £225. Monday to Sunday. Long distance surcharge may apply. See coverage map for further details.

My son and his friends were so excited for his 8th bday celebrations on Wednesday! The Gaming Squad van was not only on time but even a little early so everything was prepped and ready to go— even for a cheeky pre-game before the guests showed up! Everything was so quiet in the house while the kids gamed that we even had time for a few cups of tea. Previously unheard of on a party day!! Great party - booked for my 9 year olds birthday. We were so pleased all went really smoothly. Good communication - text received prior to arrival. Jerrell was lovely with the boys. Stayed with them on the van and made sure they were all involved - well thought out such as having spare charged controllers to hand if needed. Thank you so much my son was chuffed to bits and won't stop talking about it! Can see this being an annual booking lol.

Really easy to book using the online form. Simon was in touch a week before and on the day of the party to say he was on his way.
All set up before the kids arrived. Simon welcomed them on the van, supported them to join the games and they were entertained for a full 90 minutes.

- As my 9yr old said ‘that party was class’. Was well informed right from the initial contact. Had Regular contact. Payment was split. Easy to set up on arrival. Friendly staff. Entertained the kids for 1.5 hrs - which kept the noise in the van lol Highly recommend!
