On the day
We will bring the van to you whether that be the office or somewhere you’ve hired. Our state-of-the-art gaming van is a mobile team building solution. All our packages come with fully trained, DBS checked Team Captains as standard, who will take charge and be there to help you every step of the way.
Public liability
Our van is publicly insured up to the tune of 5 million just in case you were wondering.

I cannot fault the Gaming Squad, we finally got to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday yesterday, after originally having to cancel her first party date, due to us all catching COVID, so as you can imagine she was devastated, but I contacted Simon and we rearranged another date. Simon was very understanding and helpful and very easy to deal with.
On the day, Richard turned up in plenty of time and the kids got so excited seeing the van enter the street. Honestly - from start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic!, We cannot fault Richard, he was very attentive with the children, despite the overbearing heat wave weather that we've been having. The van was air conditioned and the kids were all very happy and comfortable. Richard was quick to set up and made the whole thing very easy and straight forward, any time that the children asked for help he was right there and just really chilled out and a really genuinely nice guy!. My daughter and her friends all loved it and I would definitely recommend the Gaming Squad to anyone!!!
5* service and a real pleasure to do business with, plus - it was genuinely the easiest party that we've ever held for our children, whilst the children were being entertained - it allowed us to prepare the food etc ready for them and I even found myself having plenty of time to just pop out to see how things were going, so thanks again to both Simon and Richard, can't fault you both and we'll look forward to the next time we book!!!👏👏🥳🥳

Wow - this was the easiest party I’ve ever held and right on my doorstep. The convenience of having the party outside my house meant it was literally no fuss or bother. The children had a fab time and I heard them enthusing about how great the Gaming Van was. The staff were professional and had a great can do helpful attitude. We had the van for 90 minutes then the children had party food - the time went so fast and lots of happy children left the party with their parents. Thank you to all at Gaming Squad. Booked the Gaming Sqaud for my son's 11th birthday. Friendly guys with great communications. They turned up a good 30mins early to set up with all the needed cables. A great assortment of online and offline console games and big enough to entertain a dozen 10 & 11yr olds. No fuss. Highly recommend these guys

I used the gaming squad for my son’s 10th birthday party. The van is absolutely amazing, the kids loved it! Four screens on the van and all different consoles to choose from, and lots of games, everyone was involved at every time, due to multiplayer. The gentleman that came with the van was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable on gaming.. which always helps when you’ve got a van full of kids! He was with them the entire time of the party, leaving me time to organise the party food. The gaming squad arrived about half an hour before the party, to set up. All that was required from us was electricity and use of the internet, but they bought all the relevant wires. The boys throughly enjoyed the party and was such a unique experience for them for a party. It’s always quite difficult in selecting a party for children when they get to a certain age, but the gaming van from the gaming squad ticked all the boxes! I would highly recommend them for any birthday boy or girls birthday party if your looking for something that little bit different. Even the adults wanted to get involved!
