Festivals and Events
Our state-of-the-art Gaming Van can be used to attract children and adults alike. We’ve provided numerous events for the likes of Brecon Town Council, Barry Town Council, Caerphilly Rugby club and many more. Our van is a real head turner and not easily missed. Hire us with confidence.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for as long as you want it. On the day one of our Team Captains will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. You’ll know when we arrive. We’re not easily missed!
Our Team Captains will take control of your entire event from the moment they get there. They’re professionally trained and DBS checked and gaming experts so can help you every step of the way.

Fantastic gaming party!!

The gaming squad were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time to 10 excited boys for my sons 10th birthday party. They set up quickly connecting to our outside power socket and wifi router then took over with the boys for the full 1.5hrs. The boys loved the gaming bus experience and raved about it for days afterwards! Plus it was the best party for us mums as we didn’t see or hear from them for the full party duration. - What an amazing turn out. I'm a disabled person and when my son asked for a gaming party like his friends had in Cardiff I was stuck and afraid is have to let him down. how could I take a load of children to Cardiff... but the gaming van is literally a god send. They came right to the house and the children had a lot of fun tonight. we sparkled things up a bit by purchasing trophies and medals for the competitors and Simon watched closely to choose who the winner would be. the van is superb, warm on a dark winter night too. It's a huge thank you to you guys you made my sons birthday magical.

Gaming Squad called a couple of days in advance of the party to confirm details, arrived early on the day and set up was seamless. The birthday boy was allowed in a little early to look around before his friends arrived. When the children did arrive everyone was briefed outside to the rules and Rich was excellent at explaining things to an excitable group of 6 and 7 year olds. Once inside we didn’t hear a peep from them bar the occasional excited shout. Rich was good enough to check our thoughts on games like Fortnite which we passed on due to not confirming with parents prior. 90 minutes later the party ended and the boys shuffled into the house for some quick party food and then home. Super easy for parents as GS do all the hard work! The overriding comment from the kids was “the gaming van was sooooo cool”. Lots of parent feedback saying it was “the best party ever”. Would be amazed if that was the last time GS visit our village.
