You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. We can accommodate up to 10 children at a time, we come to you and we can cater for any event you have so give us a call.
Festivals and Events
Our state-of-the-art Gaming Van can be used to attract children and adults alike. We’ve provided numerous events for the likes of Brecon Town Council, Barry Town Council, Caerphilly Rugby club and many more. Our van is a real head turner and not easily missed. Hire us with confidence.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for as long as you want it. On the day one of our Team Captains will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. You’ll know when we arrive. We’re not easily missed!
Our Team Captains will take control of your entire event from the moment they get there. They’re professionally trained and DBS checked and gaming experts so can help you every step of the way.
Public liability
We’re publicly insured up to £5 million just in case you were wondering.

Really easy to book using the online form. Simon was in touch a week before and on the day of the party to say he was on his way.
All set up before the kids arrived. Simon welcomed them on the van, supported them to join the games and they were entertained for a full 90 minutes.
Really easy party. No mess and no fuss. Would highly recommend for gamers.

- Just sent 10 happy boys home after my son’s 11th birthday party. Richard from gaming squad let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, was brilliant with the boys and left again with no fuss! Wow - this was the easiest party I’ve ever held and right on my doorstep. The convenience of having the party outside my house meant it was literally no fuss or bother. The children had a fab time and I heard them enthusing about how great the Gaming Van was. The staff were professional and had a great can do helpful attitude. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Right from the initial enquiry contact all the way to the actual party day Gaming Squads customer service was exceptional. We booked for our sons 8th birthday as a surprise and What a surprise it was. The van is out of this world and exceeded our expectations. We knew it was going to be good we just didn’t realise it would be that good!! The children absolutely loved the whole experience and I now have no idea how I’m ever going to top this in terms of party’s for my son. The whole set up is far more than we expected. Definitely worth booking for any one age 8+ including adults. We’ll definitely book again.

- Gaming Squad called a couple of days in advance of the party to confirm details, arrived early on the day and set up was seamless. The birthday boy was allowed in a little early to look around before his friends arrived. When the children did arrive everyone was briefed outside to the rules and Rich was excellent at explaining things to an excitable group of 6 and 7 year olds. Once inside we didn’t hear a peep from them bar the occasional excited shout. Rich was good enough to check our thoughts on games like Fortnite which we passed on due to not confirming with parents prior. 90 minutes later the party ended and the boys shuffled into the house for some quick party food and then home. Super easy for parents as GS do all the hard work! The overriding comment from the kids was “the gaming van was sooooo cool”. Lots of parent feedback saying it was “the best party ever”. Would be amazed if that was the last time GS visit our village.
