Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 10 children or 8 adults and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 60 or 90 minutes. On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 15 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! A totally stress-free and relaxing experience.
How much does it cost?
60 minute parties from £175 and 90 minute parties from £225. Monday to Sunday. Long distance surcharge may apply. See coverage map for further details.

I used the gaming squad for my son’s 10th birthday party. The van is absolutely amazing, the kids loved it! Four screens on the van and all different consoles to choose from, and lots of games, everyone was involved at every time, due to multiplayer. The gentleman that came with the van was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable on gaming.. which always helps when you’ve got a van full of kids! He was with them the entire time of the party, leaving me time to organise the party food. The gaming squad arrived about half an hour before the party, to set up. All that was required from us was electricity and use of the internet, but they bought all the relevant wires. The boys throughly enjoyed the party and was such a unique experience for them for a party. It’s always quite difficult in selecting a party for children when they get to a certain age, but the gaming van from the gaming squad ticked all the boxes! I would highly recommend them for any birthday boy or girls birthday party if your looking for something that little bit different. Even the adults wanted to get involved!

- I can’t recommend these guys enough. Right from the initial enquiry contact all the way to the actual party day Gaming Squads customer service was exceptional. We booked for our sons 8th birthday as a surprise and What a surprise it was. The van is out of this world and exceeded our expectations. We knew it was going to be good we just didn’t realise it would be that good!! The children absolutely loved the whole experience and I now have no idea how I’m ever going to top this in terms of party’s for my son. The whole set up is far more than we expected. Definitely worth booking for any one age 8+ including adults. We’ll definitely book again.
