Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 10 children or 8 adults and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 60 or 90 minutes. On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 15 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! A totally stress-free and relaxing experience.
How much does it cost?
60 minute parties from £170 and 90 minute parties from £225. Monday to Sunday. Long distance surcharge may apply. See coverage map for further details.

Booked the Gaming Sqaud for my son's 11th birthday. Friendly guys with great communications. They turned up a good 30mins early to set up with all the needed cables. A great assortment of online and offline console games and big enough to entertain a dozen 10 & 11yr olds. No fuss. Highly recommend these guys

The gaming squad were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time to 10 excited boys for my sons 10th birthday party. They set up quickly connecting to our outside power socket and wifi router then took over with the boys for the full 1.5hrs. The boys loved the gaming bus experience and raved about it for days afterwards! Plus it was the best party for us mums as we didn’t see or hear from them for the full party duration. Would highly recommend for any gamers young and old

Thank you for a fab party for Sam’s 9th birthday. Invited 15 boys so 16 in total and thought they would be squashed but plenty of room for them all to sit with space between them👍👍 a wide selection of games to play and Simon organised it all really well. Wow - this was the easiest party I’ve ever held and right on my doorstep. The convenience of having the party outside my house meant it was literally no fuss or bother. The children had a fab time and I heard them enthusing about how great the Gaming Van was. The staff were professional and had a great can do helpful attitude. We had the van for 90 minutes then the children had party food - the time went so fast and lots of happy children left the party with their parents. Thank you to all at Gaming Squad.
