Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 16 children and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 90 minutes (more time is available). On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 30 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! What other party offers you that luxury ?

Booked the Gaming Sqaud for my son's 11th birthday. Friendly guys with great communications. They turned up a good 30mins early to set up with all the needed cables. A great assortment of online and offline console games and big enough to entertain a dozen 10 & 11yr olds. No fuss. Highly recommend these guys

The gaming squad were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time to 10 excited boys for my sons 10th birthday party. They set up quickly connecting to our outside power socket and wifi router then took over with the boys for the full 1.5hrs. The boys loved the gaming bus experience and raved about it for days afterwards! Plus it was the best party for us mums as we didn’t see or hear from them for the full party duration. I can’t recommend this company enough my son had a wonderful birthday party. We had 14 children with special needs varying from autism to learning difficulties of some sort .
These guys were amazing everyone of the children had an amazing time. They phoned three days before the party to ask how they can support the children and help them access the party. Im really impressed with the preparation before the party to check how to support the children do they all enjoyed it but also with how the party went they couldn’t of done more everyone had an amazing time, I even had their school teacher mention how wonderful the party sounded as they had all told her about it on Monday 13 or 14 times 😊
