Brilliant! kept informed, arrived promptly, set up was smooth, the gaming squad co- ordinator, didn't get his name, was lovely, friendly and great with the kids. People were intrigued by the van and loved the idea.

  I cannot fault the Gaming Squad, we finally got to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday yesterday, after originally having to cancel her first party date, due to us all catching COVID, so as you can imagine she was devastated, but I contacted Simon and we rearranged another date. Simon was very understanding and helpful and very easy to deal with. On the day, Richard turned up in plenty of time and the kids got so excited seeing the van enter the street. Honestly - from start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic!, We cannot fault Richard, he was very attentive with the children, despite the overbearing heat wave weather that we've been having. The van was air conditioned and the kids were all very happy and comfortable. Richard was quick to set up and made the whole thing very easy and straight forward, any time that the children asked for help he was right there and just really chilled out and a really genuinely nice guy!. My daughter and her friends all loved it and I would definitely recommend the Gaming Squad to anyone!!! 5* service and a real pleasure to do business with, plus - it was genuinely the easiest party that we've ever held for our children, whilst the children were being entertained - it allowed us to prepare the food etc ready for them and I even found myself having plenty of time to just pop out to see how things were going, so thanks again to both Simon and Richard, can't fault you both and we'll look forward to the next time we book!!!👏👏🥳🥳

  Fantastic!! My son had his birthday party last weekend and had a brilliant time. All his friends were entertained for the whole time. No mess to clean up and a group of happy boys. Would 100% recommend.

  I can’t recommend these guys enough. Right from the initial enquiry contact all the way to the actual party day Gaming Squads customer service was exceptional. We booked for our sons 8th birthday as a surprise and What a surprise it was. The van is out of this world and exceeded our expectations. We knew it was going to be good we just didn’t realise it would be that good!! The children absolutely loved the whole experience and I now have no idea how I’m ever going to top this in terms of party’s for my son. The whole set up is far more than we expected. Definitely worth booking for any one age 8+ including adults. We’ll definitely book again.

  thank you for a great party. the kids all had a fantastic time. will definitely recommend to friend and book again if I ever brave another birthday party. we had a joint disco party with my 4year old daughter, the gaming squad took all the stress and worry off the older boys as they were all perfectly looked after and entertained in the gaming van. the kids loved every second in the gaming van 👌👌

  I can’t recommend this company enough my son had a wonderful birthday party. We had 14 children with special needs varying from autism to learning difficulties of some sort . These guys were amazing everyone of the children had an amazing time. They phoned three days before the party to ask how they can support the children and help them access the party. Im really impressed with the preparation before the party to check how to support the children do they all enjoyed it but also with how the party went they couldn’t of done more everyone had an amazing time, I even had their school teacher mention how wonderful the party sounded as they had all told her about it on Monday 13 or 14 times 😊
