Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 16 children and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 90 minutes (more time is available). On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 30 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! What other party offers you that luxury ?

Gaming Squad called a couple of days in advance of the party to confirm details, arrived early on the day and set up was seamless. The birthday boy was allowed in a little early to look around before his friends arrived. When the children did arrive everyone was briefed outside to the rules and Rich was excellent at explaining things to an excitable group of 6 and 7 year olds. Once inside we didn’t hear a peep from them bar the occasional excited shout. Rich was good enough to check our thoughts on games like Fortnite which we passed on due to not confirming with parents prior. 90 minutes later the party ended and the boys shuffled into the house for some quick party food and then home. Super easy for parents as GS do all the hard work! The overriding comment from the kids was “the gaming van was sooooo cool”. Lots of parent feedback saying it was “the best party ever”. Would be amazed if that was the last time GS visit our village.

What a brilliant party for my 10 year old, really well organized and even when there was an unexpected update the time waited was added on to the end of the gaming time. Boys were moved around so no one was stuck on a game they didn’t want to be. 5 ⭐️

for an hour and a half they were kept entertained by Simon, who helped them with the different games on offer.
I have been assured that the kids have not stopped talking about their gaming experience when they went home!
Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something different to entertain older kids on your own doorstep!

- Wow - this was the easiest party I’ve ever held and right on my doorstep. The convenience of having the party outside my house meant it was literally no fuss or bother. The children had a fab time and I heard them enthusing about how great the Gaming Van was. The staff were professional and had a great can do helpful attitude. We had the van for 90 minutes then the children had party food - the time went so fast and lots of happy children left the party with their parents. Thank you to all at Gaming Squad. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Right from the initial enquiry contact all the way to the actual party day Gaming Squads customer service was exceptional. We booked for our sons 8th birthday as a surprise and What a surprise it was. The van is out of this world and exceeded our expectations. We knew it was going to be good we just didn’t realise it would be that good!! The children absolutely loved the whole experience and I now have no idea how I’m ever going to top this in terms of party’s for my son. The whole set up is far more than we expected. Definitely worth booking for any one age 8+ including adults. We’ll definitely book again.

My 11 year nephew thoroughly enjoyed his gaming squad party My only issue was they charged an extra £25 for us being out of catchment and then plugged into the house electric ! 😂
