Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 16 children and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 90 minutes (more time is available). On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 30 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! What other party offers you that luxury ?

wow.. my son had a fantastic gaming party on Sunday with 7 of his friends.. Simon was excellent! turned up 20mins or so before and set up which was quick and easy.. The boys had such a great time and didn't want the gaming to end!! highly recommend this as an option for a party! thank you Simon

- I used the gaming squad for my son’s 10th birthday party. The van is absolutely amazing, the kids loved it! Four screens on the van and all different consoles to choose from, and lots of games, everyone was involved at every time, due to multiplayer. The gentleman that came with the van was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable on gaming.. which always helps when you’ve got a van full of kids! He was with them the entire time of the party, leaving me time to organise the party food. The gaming squad arrived about half an hour before the party, to set up. All that was required from us was electricity and use of the internet, but they bought all the relevant wires. The boys throughly enjoyed the party and was such a unique experience for them for a party. It’s always quite difficult in selecting a party for children when they get to a certain age, but the gaming van from the gaming squad ticked all the boxes! I would highly recommend them for any birthday boy or girls birthday party if your looking for something that little bit different. Even the adults wanted to get involved!
