You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. We can accommodate up to 10 children at a time, we come to you and we can cater for any event you have so give us a call.
Festivals and Events
Our state-of-the-art Gaming Van can be used to attract children and adults alike. We’ve provided numerous events for the likes of Brecon Town Council, Barry Town Council, Caerphilly Rugby club and many more. Our van is a real head turner and not easily missed. Hire us with confidence.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for as long as you want it. On the day one of our Team Captains will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. You’ll know when we arrive. We’re not easily missed!
Our Team Captains will take control of your entire event from the moment they get there. They’re professionally trained and DBS checked and gaming experts so can help you every step of the way.
Public liability
We’re publicly insured up to £5 million just in case you were wondering.

- Wow - this was the easiest party I’ve ever held and right on my doorstep. The convenience of having the party outside my house meant it was literally no fuss or bother. The children had a fab time and I heard them enthusing about how great the Gaming Van was. The staff were professional and had a great can do helpful attitude. We had the van for 90 minutes then the children had party food - the time went so fast and lots of happy children left the party with their parents. Thank you to all at Gaming Squad. I used the gaming squad for my son’s 10th birthday party. The van is absolutely amazing, the kids loved it! Four screens on the van and all different consoles to choose from, and lots of games, everyone was involved at every time, due to multiplayer. The gentleman that came with the van was excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable on gaming.. which always helps when you’ve got a van full of kids! He was with them the entire time of the party, leaving me time to organise the party food. The gaming squad arrived about half an hour before the party, to set up. All that was required from us was electricity and use of the internet, but they bought all the relevant wires. The boys throughly enjoyed the party and was such a unique experience for them for a party. It’s always quite difficult in selecting a party for children when they get to a certain age, but the gaming van from the gaming squad ticked all the boxes! I would highly recommend them for any birthday boy or girls birthday party if your looking for something that little bit different. Even the adults wanted to get involved!
