Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 16 children and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 90 minutes (more time is available). On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 30 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! What other party offers you that luxury ?

- The gaming squad were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time to 10 excited boys for my sons 10th birthday party. They set up quickly connecting to our outside power socket and wifi router then took over with the boys for the full 1.5hrs. The boys loved the gaming bus experience and raved about it for days afterwards! Plus it was the best party for us mums as we didn’t see or hear from them for the full party duration. Would highly recommend for any gamers young and old

Just sent 10 happy boys home after my son’s 11th birthday party. Richard from gaming squad let me know he was on his way, arrived on time, was brilliant with the boys and left again with no fuss! - My son and his friends were so excited for his 8th bday celebrations on Wednesday! The Gaming Squad van was not only on time but even a little early so everything was prepped and ready to go— even for a cheeky pre-game before the guests showed up! Everything was so quiet in the house while the kids gamed that we even had time for a few cups of tea. Previously unheard of on a party day!!
