Its new, its here and its fun. Its an awesome new birthday party experience for Cardiff, Newport, Swansea and beyond. Our luxury state-of-the-art gaming van is packed with the latest tech and gadgetry.
You’ll find the latest games consoles, deep HD bass sounds, wall to wall 4K TV’s and the very best multi-player games. The van can accommodate up to 16 children and we come to you, whether its your home, a venue of your choice or one of our partner sites.
What do you get?
You get the Gaming Squad Gaming Van for 90 minutes (more time is available). On your big day your Team Captain will contact you to let you know we’re on our way. We aim to arrive 30 minutes early to setup and when we get to you you’ll know it! This van is a real head turner!
No Travelling. No Waiting Around
We come to you and when we get there our Team Captain takes control of your entire event. They are DBS checked and professionally trained to look after your Squad leaving you to do whatever you want! What other party offers you that luxury ?

WOW! Words from the children, “that was the best party ever” A massive, massive thank you for bringing such joy to every child who attended my sons birthday today. There was no stress booking, no stress at all. All set up and the technology was nothing other than fantastic. You can see this guy has put his life into this business and what a sound laidback gentleman he is. Brilliant with the children and created the buzz for them. Wow - this was the easiest party I’ve ever held and right on my doorstep. The convenience of having the party outside my house meant it was literally no fuss or bother. The children had a fab time and I heard them enthusing about how great the Gaming Van was. The staff were professional and had a great can do helpful attitude. We had the van for 90 minutes then the children had party food - the time went so fast and lots of happy children left the party with their parents. Thank you to all at Gaming Squad. Thank you to the Gaming Squad for my son’s 10th birthday party yesterday. The party was cancelled due to Covid but Simon was quick to re arrange when suitable for me. All the kids loved the van - both the boys and the girls! Would highly recommend!

I cannot fault the Gaming Squad, we finally got to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday yesterday, after originally having to cancel her first party date, due to us all catching COVID, so as you can imagine she was devastated, but I contacted Simon and we rearranged another date. Simon was very understanding and helpful and very easy to deal with.
On the day, Richard turned up in plenty of time and the kids got so excited seeing the van enter the street. Honestly - from start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic!, We cannot fault Richard, he was very attentive with the children, despite the overbearing heat wave weather that we've been having. The van was air conditioned and the kids were all very happy and comfortable. Richard was quick to set up and made the whole thing very easy and straight forward, any time that the children asked for help he was right there and just really chilled out and a really genuinely nice guy!. My daughter and her friends all loved it and I would definitely recommend the Gaming Squad to anyone!!!
5* service and a real pleasure to do business with, plus - it was genuinely the easiest party that we've ever held for our children, whilst the children were being entertained - it allowed us to prepare the food etc ready for them and I even found myself having plenty of time to just pop out to see how things were going, so thanks again to both Simon and Richard, can't fault you both and we'll look forward to the next time we book!!!👏👏🥳🥳
